Overview

The Basic Life Support and CPR course equips learners with essential life-saving skills to respond effectively in emergencies. This course covers CPR techniques, the use of automated external defibrillators (AED), and first aid for choking incidents. Participants will gain the confidence to perform critical actions in various emergency scenarios, ensuring the safety of others in need of immediate care.
