SkillCert provides an online platform where Users can enroll in various educational Courses. These Courses are delivered by professionals and are designed to help individuals improve their skills and knowledge. Users can access videos, participate in forums, and interact with instructors. SkillCert retains the right to modify, add, or remove any content at any time.

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

Content Availability

Content on the Platform, including text, video, and images, is subject to change without notice. SkillCert may remove or alter content at its discretion. The Platform may also contain links to third-party websites, which SkillCert does not control or endorse.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

You may cancel your purchase within 16 days of the transaction, provided you have not accessed the course materials. Refunds are not available once the course content has been accessed. For cancellations, contact help@skill-cert.com.

Payment Methods

Course and Membership fees can be paid via credit card, PayPal, or other methods supported by the Platform. SkillCert reserves the right to change the accepted payment methods.

Relationship with Instructors

Instructors on the Platform are independent professionals. SkillCert does not control the specific content provided by instructors but ensures that instructors meet quality standards. Any complaints about course content should be directed to SkillCert for resolution.
